*NYS DEC Campership - SGC provides a one-week campership to a NYS DEC camp aimed at educating a student about horticulture and conservation. MaryAnne Brown, Chair

*Donation of Library Book - A book promoting horticulture education is presented to the Schuylerville Public Library. Patti Nichols, Chair.

*SGC Website - www.SchuylervilleGardenClub.com site is maintained and updated throughout the year. Mary Malicki, Chair.

*Pre-School Plant Project - SGC members read a garden-related story and lead a plant activity for preschoolers during Story Hour at the Schuylerville Public Library. Janice Pitkin, Chair.

*Village Beautification Planting - Plantings are done each year at the park, municipal buildings, Visitor's Center and along Broad St. in Schuylerville. Deb Mathis and Mary Roberts, Chairs.

*Blue Star Memorial Marker - SGC members maintain the Blue Star Memorial Marker grounds and plantings at Route 4 in Stillwater. Leona Brownell, Chair.

*'Visions of Beauty Calendars' - SGC coordinates the yearly sale of the NGC calendars to club members.

*Schuyler House Herb Garden - SGC members work on the care and maintenance of the herb garden at the Schuyler House on Route 4 in Schuylerville. Margaret Rishel and Annette Newcomb, Chairs.

*Community Caroling & Favors - SGC members make holiday favors and desserts and lead a sing-a-long of holiday favorites for the Quaker Springs Sun Shiners Seniors Group.

*Graduation Flower Arrangements - SGC members create baskets of flowers for the Schuylerville High School graduation ceremony. Darlene Bolduc, Chair.

*SGC Standard Flower Show - The club's award-winning annual flower show is held each year in July. Liz Gee and Carol Englesh, Chairs.

*Community Christmas Project - SGC purchases, decorates and distributes wreaths for area civic buildings.

*World Gardening Donations - Each year SGC members donate to a worthy cause. Marilyn Park, Chair.

*Schuylerville Garden Club Plant Sale - Each year in May SGC members donate plants and garden related items and sell them to the general public. Karen Estill and Norma Moy, Chairs.

*National Garden Week Display - Each year a display of plants and flowers incorporating garden-related reading material is created and displayed at the Schuylerville Public Library. Mary Malicki, Chair.

*Glove Sale Fundraiser - SGC offers for sale Palmflex garden gloves at all of our garden events to raise funds in support of our continuing projects. Diane Swartwout, Chair.

*Partnership Project - SGC identifies and works with organizations that share our education, conservation and gardening objective and principles. Barbara Lasher, Chair.
